Over the past year we have been working with a large client to develop a programme revolving around behavioural safety and effective communication. Following a survey of the culture and attitudes towards safety which currently exist within the organisation, we have been developing some innovative methods of delivery for our training programme.
Implementing new concepts to stimulate safe behaviours and encourage employees to think through their actions and behaviours, and the related consequences, whilst using examples from both the home and the workplace.
We are very excited looking forward to getting our team on the road delivering the courses in the new year.
