What is covered.....

Under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 we will act as the competent person for your company until an in house person can assume that role.

Support initial accident investigation by phone but if necessary we will attend site as soon as possible following the incident, normally within 48 hours.  Providing advice on potential RIDDOR reportable incidents.

Provide industry specific updates from the HSE or other bodies as necessary.  We sift all new information to ensure you only receive what is relevant to your company, lessening the time it would otherwise take you to wade through all unnecessary generic information.

Telephone and email support for query resolution.  We will respond to queries within 24 hours during normal working hours. This can include support to complete customer questionnaires to a reasonable level.

Preferential rates for all consultancy and training services.
